Honestly though, I still can't imagine talking to some random stranger about my feelings or whatever the hell it is you do in therapy.

I can understand how a stranger might be helpful. Sometimes I find it easier to talk to someone outside of the situation. Someone I am not friends with won't hesitate to tell me what I need to hear, instead of what makes me feel better.

They are supposed to help with coping strategies...?

I don't really know, either. I've never been.
