I don't always carry this. [Honestly, he'd brought it on a whim, after having that conversation on the network. He figured it'd possibly help relax the other man as much as possible, anyhow.]

And I've only massaged myself. Perhaps this will be a good opportunity to learn massaging someone else with Hierophant.

[He smiles coyly and holds out his hand.]

[ He looks between Kakyoin's hand and his face, brows furrowed. It does sound nice, just not today. Yusuke toys with the string on his sweatshirt, anxiously, like he's done everything tonight other than eat. ]

No thank you. Once things have healed, perhaps.

[Keeping his hand out, Kakyoin frowns. What does he mean by 'healed'? Emotional healing, sure, but does he mean that he's even more physically damaged than just his wrists?]

Healed? Can I see you without clothing for a minute?

[ Yusuke doesn't take it. He scoots back on the bed, knees drawn up to his chin, making himself as small as he feels. This is embarrassing. He doesn't want pity, he doesn't want to be waited on, he just wants it to go away. Kakyoin meaning well and only wanting to help him doesn't make this easier, it only makes him feel guilty about it. He looks down at his hands, speaking softly. ]

I would rather not.

[As Kakyoin lowers his hand, he moves to sit on the bed next to Yusuke, but he doesn't touch him, nor does he get too close. He can tell by the other man's body language that he feels uncomfortable and embarrassed, neither of which is what he wants. Still, he keeps a calm smile on his face in an effort to try and help Yusuke finally relax, even just a little.]

I apologize. If you would like to just go to sleep, I'll understand. But I'd like to be here for you, at least. I won't ask for anything else.

It isn't your fault.

[ He shifts close - he doesn't want Kakyoin to think he can't touch him, he wants to be touched, held close and kept safe, just without the hard parts. He's dangerously stubborn, but that doesn't mean he can't appreciate the other man's patience. ]

Would you lay here with me?

[When Yusuke shifts closer, Kakyoin can't help but place a hand on his shoulder with a smile.]

I'd love to. Just give me a minute.

[After gently squeezing Yusuke's shoulder, he slides off of the bed and begins to unbutton his jacket.]

[ Yusuke opts to keep his on, at least until he gets too warm in the middle of the night. That doesn't mean he won't enjoy watching Kakyoin undress, even if he isn't in the mood for anything sexual, he does have eyes. A beautiful man wants to be with him when he isn't any fun to be around at all, he's very lucky for that. ]

Come on.

[ He scoots back to leave the other man room, laying on his side and gently patting the bed beside him. ]

[It doesn't take long for Kakyoin to finish unbuttoning his jacket, taking it off and neatly folding it up so that he can set it on the nightstand. He takes his pants off next, but leaves his shirt and underwear on. Climbing back onto the bed, he smiles a little and reaches for one of Yusuke's hands.]

I can stay here for as long as you need.

[He means this, and honestly, the absolute last thing on his mind now is sex; he just wants Yusuke to feel comfortable again, even though he's aware that it'll be a long process.]

[ Kakyoin gets more than a hand, Yusuke moves immediately to bury his head in his chest and throw the covers over him. His kindness and patience mean a lot to him, enough to make him blink back the emotion welling in the corners of his eyes. ]

You're very good to me.

[ He sniffles. Don't call him out on it. ]

[He hears the sniffling, but he won't comment on it. Honestly, it was impressive how Yusuke was able to last for so long without doing that; even though Kakyoin isn't the type to really cry much, he knows very well when it's appropriate to.

Plus, it's truly touching that he's trusted enough to see such a private side of the other man.]

I'm only doing what I feel is right. I don't think I'm particularly doing anything especially good.

[ Don't argue. Yusuke, truthfully, is easily impressed when it comes to people caring for him or showing him affection, it's not something he got much of growing up. It's nice just to be thought about, that someone would even bother coming to his aid when he could spend his time doing anything.

He wraps his arm around Kakyoin, settling loosely around his waist. Already, it's so much warmer and more comfortable than being in bed alone. ]

Mm, if you say so.

[When Yusuke wraps his arm around him, he smiles and closes his eyes. This is very nice, even if the circumstances were beyond awful, and it makes him wonder how appropriate it would be if he simply stayed over here most nights. Unfortunately, the two of them were labeled Dominants, which means that a contract couldn't be formed, and Kakyoin isn't entirely sure if it's acceptable for two Dominants to live in the same place. He could continue to live in his room and sleep over here, as long as Yusuke didn't mind.

But he won't ask that now.]
